Warranty Terms & Conditions

In these Warranty Terms & Conditions (Ts&Cs) Easy Access, us, we or our means Easy Access Co (1999) Limited, and you means the original purchaser of the product. 

The warranty provided under these Ts&Cs applies from the date you purchase an Easy Access product and is subject to you:

  • registering your warranty by completing and submitting the form below (please note that you will need to provide us with proof of purchase that displays the date and place of purchase); and
  • installing, maintaining and/or operating the product with reasonable competency, skill and care, and in accordance with the user instructions that come with our products.

  1. WARRANTY

We will replace or refund (up to the purchase price) any product found to have defects in materials or workmanship in accordance with these Ts&Cs for the applicable warranty period stated above.

This warranty:

  • is provided in addition to your legal rights; and
  • cannot be transferred.
  • was introduced 1st February 2025 and only applies to purchases registered from 1st February 2025 and forward. 

Easy Access makes no other warranty of any kind expressed or implied in respect of our products

 

 

  1. EXCLUSIONS

The warranty provided under these Ts&Cs excludes:

  • damage due to misuse, overload, neglect, improper handling or maintenance, alteration or failure to follow instructions (including the product's user instructions);
  • normal wear and tear and corrosion to the product itself or its components;
  • the cost of repairs carried out by repairers who have not been authorised by Easy Access, or the cost of correcting such unauthorised repairs;
  • use for hire purposes;
  • damage sustained in transit or from foreign objects, substances or accidents;
  • any accessories supplied with the product.

 

  1. .WARRANTY REGISTRATION


To activate your warranty under these Ts&Cs you must register your product within 30 days of purchase via the [form] above. Each product comes with user instructions that are important to read at the time of purchase and before making a claim. Failure to register may affect your ability to make a claim under these Ts&Cs.

  1. FREIGHT TERMS


Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return products for warranty claims. If the claim is valid, Easy Access will cover the return shipping for repaired or replacement products.

 

  1. CLAIMS

All warranty claims must be made in writing to Easy Access or made through our Claims Form.  We must be approve the claim before any cost is incurred.  We reserves the right to inspect the product before a claim is approved.  We shall, in our sole discretion credit, repair or replace free of charge any product or component we deem defective under this warranty.

 

  1. LIABILITY

Easy Access makes no other warranty of any kind expressed or implied in respect of our products.  Our sole responsibility is to repair and replace a product subject to a valid warranty claim.  Under no circumstance will we be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential costs or damages, including removal and reinstallation costs, loss of operations or profits (whether direct or indirect), to the maximum extent permitted by law.  We accept no liability for personal injury or property damage resulting from failure to adhere to our product user instructions.

Nothing in this warranty excludes, restricts or modifies any condition, warranty, right or liability implied or protected by law if to do so would render this warranty, or any part of it, invalid or ineffective.
